HR Budget plan and Management- Assess and identify the personnel needs of the HR Department and the budget for this plan (including expense for recruiting, salary fund)- Make annual operation plan and set objectives to the Department and team members2
Recruitment- Work with department managers to receive the demand of hiring and requirements- Review and approve the Job Advertisements prior to posting
Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels
- Develop and supervise the recruitment process to hire the most qualified candidate for the vacancies

Compensation and Benefit- Monitor compensation - ensuring internal equity & compliance and benefits
- Asses the Company’s pay structure and support the Director with the Salary Review Process to ensure reasonable market-rate salary to employees
- Make sure the compensation and benefits programs are in line with overall estimated Human Resources budget

Administration- Provide administrative support to other Departments to ensure the smooth running of the Office
- Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable
- Organize internal event, activities to enhance the strong relationship
- Work with external parties (Government authority, vendor, etc

Training and Development- Improve the performance of current employees and new hire
- Create annual training plan and propose respective budget
- Develop and updating HR policies, procedures and employee handbook- Keep all HR related regulation, policies, code of conducts, and other materials up to date

Employee relations - Create and maintain positive relationship between Company and employee
- Helps prevent and resolve problems or disputes between employees Yêu cầu ứng viên 1
Education: University Degree, Major in Human Resources, or in related fields2
Background: at least 7 years’ relevant working experience, including 4 years’ management experience (100-150 employees)Experience in building policy and process is a plusAge: 1980 – 19883

- Personal qualities: Good analysis, logical thinking and problem-solving skill
