Keep and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders with existing customers
Being active to collaborate with the Delivery Team to design and plan for a chain of activities to take care of customers in order to find more business opportunities
Being responsible for assigned recurring sales revenue
Strategize working with existing customers to get more sales from customer referrals
Make detailed plans and roadmaps to convert new onboarding customers to be key/loyal customers
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to run customer care programs
Yêu cầu ứng viên The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skill set: Essential: Able to be empathetic with people’s concerns/ pains
Smart, aggressive, ambitious to take new challenges
Excellent presentation & communication skills (storytelling, and conversation maintenance)
Good negotiation, good listening & questioning skills, time management, and problem-solving skills, relationship management
Fluent in both spoken and written English (Advanced level) ( International Background is preferable)
Hard-working and self-accountable
At least 02-year experience in Account Management with a proven track record
Desirable (Good to have):Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a related position
Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments
Background in the IT industry
