Mô tả công việc


1, Leadership and Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, and engineers.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the data team.
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and objectives for team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.     
2, Report Management:
- Collaborate with strategy, planning teams and business units to identify key metrics and KPIs to develop and implement a comprehensive reports aligned with company goals.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data sources.
- Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.
- Work proactively with key business partners to closely monitor risks and opportunities and identify improvement opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.      
3, Data Analysis and Insights:
- Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze complex data to drive insightful findings and translate them into meaningful, actionable recommendations
- Proactively develop predictive models, actionable insights and recommendations to management team and other stakeholders."      
4, Technology and Tools:
- Evaluate and implement data tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance data capabilities and improve scalability, stability, accuracy, speed and efficiency of our existing Data systems
- Ensure the efficient operation of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions (Data Lake, Data Warehouse).
- Oversee the integration of third-party data sources and APIs.
- Build, administer and scale data processing pipelines
- Be comfortable navigating the following technology stack: Oracle SQL, Kafka, Oracle GG, Oracle Apex, Java, MongoDB.       
5, Project Management:
- Lead data projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.   






Yêu cầu ứng viên


Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.      
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in data science or analytics roles.
- 2 years of experience in a leadership or management position.
- Proven track record of successfully leading data teams and projects."      
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, TSQL, Python
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
- Familiarity with Oracle database system
- Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS to be used for data set analyzing
- Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions
- Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation
- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and frameworks"      
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
